I so look forward to Fridays! Not only is it my WLC weigh-in day. . .btw I'm down another 2 lbs, bringing my weight down to 139.8, only about 12 lbs more to reach my goal. . .but it is my cardio rest day! As much as I love to exercise. . .I really look forward to taking a break once a week!
