Hocking Hills

We are back from our annual Memorial Day camping trip in Hocking Hills and we had a wonderful time! This was the first year that a ton of our family members joined us on our trip! It was great being able to make great memories while experiencing God's country with the ones we love!

Here are a few pictures of our weekend. . .

We had beautiful weather Friday, Saturday, and the majority of Sunday. Beautiful, as in, 90! Boy oh boy, I love sunshine! Sunday evening, just before dinner, the storms rolled in. Since we were tent camping, we decided it best that we pack up and head home. . .(we were supposed to leave Monday morning anyway). With the sound of thunder in the background, we literally packed up our entire campsite in about 25 minutes! Actually, it was more of shoving everything in the van so it didn't get wet! Ha! Needles to say, we got everything safely in packed up within minutes of the thunderstorm! I got to spend Monday emptying out the van and re-organizing all the camping stuff to be packed away until our next excursion!
Vacation was A BLAST, but all in all. . .there's no place like home!
